3、The new hoisting chain is too long or elongated after use. It is difficult to adjust, but it can be removed to the link section, but must be even. The chain section should pass from the back of the chain, the locking plate is inserted outside, and the opening of the locking plate should turn in the opposite direction of the rotation.
4、When the sprocket wear is serious, the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced to ensure good meshing. New suspension chains or new sprockets cannot be replaced separately. Otherwise, it will cause the friction of the new chain or the new sprocket. Sprocket face wear to a certain extent should be used in time. To prolong the use of time.
5、The old hoisting chain cannot be mixed with some new chains, otherwise it is easy to create shock in the transmission and break the chain.
6、The lifting chain must remember to add lubricating oil in time. Lubricating oil must enter the clearance between the roller and inner sleeve to improve working conditions to reduce wear.
